DESCRIPTION:Join us for a fun and hands-on Pressed Flower workshop! \nPerfect for all ages\, this in-person event lets you create beautiful botanical art using real flowers. You’ll learn cool techniques to press and preserve blooms\, then make your own charming keepsake to take home. No experience needed – just bring your creativity and love for nature. Come on out\, get crafty\, and make something lovely to brighten your day! \nIn this make/take workshop\, you will: \n\nCreate a 6″ x 6″ pressed flower piece suitable for framing or for a greeting card.\nWe will show you the tools\, tips and techniques for assembling.\nTo embellish your creation\, we will show you how to embellish with markers\, colored pencils\, and beads.\nWe supply everything you will need–and some extra components to take home!\n\n\nLocation: Gasper Home & Garden\, Tanyard Road\, Richboro\, PA\, USA \n\n\nSpace is limited—Register by clicking HERE today!\nWorkshop cost: $49\nNote: This class is non-refundable unless Gasper Home and Garden cancels the event.  \nAll workshops and events are rain or shine.\nPlease come dressed to work in our greenhouse. We recommend layers and sturdy shoes with covered toes. \n \nAbout Our Instructor: Jeannie Sachs is a professional landscape designer who calls herself a “garden evangelist” because she has been escaping to the garden since a very young age. Jeannie is our Gasper Program Director who in addition to working in the nursery\, runs our Gasper “Learn and Grow” program series and holds DIY Design Consultations for homeowner gardeners.
